Feeling supported and connected is so important after bringing home a new baby. Our group is a safe space to process and connect with other moms. During this six-week series, we focus on learning practical skills to: enhance wellness and address stress effectively, nurture yourself and your relationship, cope with the emotional changes that can occur during pregnancy and postpartum, enhance the mother-baby attachment, and communicate successfully with your support system. We will also process the potential shift in identity, work/home/life balance, body image, and sexuality after having a baby. Your infant is always welcome to attend the group with you.
