About Magnolia

Magnolia Psychological Associates, Inc. is pleased to offer individual and couples psychotherapy, as well as psychodiagnostic assessments.

Psychotherapy

At Magnolia, we are passionate about helping people move toward wellness and wholeness. Many people come to us for support during life transitions. Some people need a space to grieve and process their past losses or traumas (including the birth/postnatal experience), while others need help staying connected to their partner. Our goal is to help our clients find solace and relief and would be honored to join you on the journey of self-discovery. At Magnolia, we believe in holistic health and wellness and encourage people to discuss spiritual and biological concerns when applicable.

Perinatal Mental Health

Magnolia is a safe place for people dealing with the struggles of growing their families. As a specialized provider of perinatal mental health, people often come to Magnolia with struggles arising due to pregnancy, miscarriage, infertility, infant loss, or postpartum difficulties. In addition to our focus on helping adults through the challenges of growing their families, we also specialize in helping parents and babies form healthy attachments.

Psychodiagnostic Assessment

At Magnolia, we specialize in psychological assessment for clergy and those pursuing ordained ministry. Psychological assessment offers a snapshot of current functioning and provides clarity about the roots of longstanding struggles and profound gifts. We use a strengths-based approach to testing in order to give our clients a solid foundation for relationships with their peers, family and community. We value partnering with clients to piece together a complete picture of functioning through psychological assessment.
